Greetings, I just had my 8 week check up the other day. Everything is normal, the 18 vials of blood they took all came back with normal results, except my hemoglobin count was a little low. Which could be a sign of anemia, but not a big deal. So I had to give 3 more vials of blood. If they keep this up I am going to need a transfusion. Not that I mind, I don't pass out from giving blood like Dave does, but it's still a pain to have to sit in that high chair with the band around your arm, watching your life gush out. Then, my Ob was utterly amazed by my belly button, Ok so I have an outtie, and I'm talking Cabbage patch, little brown grape on top of my tummy. She though it might be a hernia, and I reassured her it always looks that way.
Other than that nothing really exciting, I have now developed an extreme disgust for all minty chewing gum, and toothpaste. So my wonderful hubby shows up with a goody bag of fruit flavored cavity fighting gum. As for the toothpaste, I just brush my teeth turbo speed and hope for the best.
Ok as promised today we start documenting the tummy. So here you go. Mostly I just have no waistline any more and a slight pooch in the front. We'll check back in four weeks to see the progress on the tummy. And that is my puppy Zheke, who had to be a part in the photo shoot, he is such a ham.
Oh! I am so glad you are pregnant and I am so glad to have you in the blogger world. I must agree with you on the "not so tummy" pics. You are still tiny. (cute, though!)
