I can think back to a time when I would watch My Super Sweet Sixteen on MTV in complete disgust. I was so mad at the parents for going along with these elaborate birthday parties for ungrateful snotty teenagers. I remember thinking that My kid(s) would be lucky to get a bounce house or a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party. Fast forward to Owen's birthday party. Now, my child is by no means, snotty or ungrateful, and the party wasn't all that elaborate, but there was a theme, and we sure did party hardy. I mean you can't hold back when you're celebrating a kid as cute as Owen!!!
So as you can see there was an airplane theme, "My how time flies". It was a backyard barbecue/pool party as well. We had a wonderful turnout. A great cake, Owen got lots of great gifts, all of which are going to require strategic planning to get back home. Owen did have three outfit changes, which was kind of sweet sixteen-ish. Other than that, the little guy was the perfect little guest of honor. Enjoy the pictures!

Khim! He looks just as adorable as I knew he would, with outfit #4 - CAKE all over him! You are such an amazing mom! (don't you worry 'bout spoiling him too much! : )
