Ok, I am a little behind on my posts. I'm going to try and get caught up before finals start.
Owen is 6 months! We're halfway to one year, can you believe it? I can't. Is it ridiculous that I already have Owen's first birthday party all planned out? Yep, I already have party favors and what not.
Ok, back to Owen
Height: 28in
Weight: 21.5 lbs
Cuteness: impossible to measure
Let's see, Owen is :
- sitting up for long periods of time unassisted.
- will pull himself up to standing position if the layout is just right
-transfers objects from hand to hand
-creeps
-babbles, grunts, growls, and squeals
-rocks back and forth on hands and knees
- reaches for mommy and daddy :)
- holds his bottle whenever he feels inclined
-eats fruits and vegetables (baby food)
Likes/Dislikes
-loves singing, favorites are "The Noble Duke of York", "Sally the Camel", "The Ants Go Marching", and "Skida Marinky Dinky Dink" (sp?)
- dislikes the bulb syringe and getting his nose wiped
- dislikes applesauce
- still loves bouncing in his jumper-ciser
- likes banging things and dumping things out
-loves books, current favorites are Hands Hands Fingers Toes, Goodnight Gorilla, and Not Norman
He is getting SO big and no, I can't believe its been 6 mos already!

Owen us getting to be so pig! He and Elem look to have the same body build so far. Hehe. Looks like he is doing so great, and you can tell him his aunt Mindy is very proud to see him sitting up at lengths all by himself. That is such a big boy!
